All documents provided by Meiguo Education are wholly owned by the company, and are not able to be duplicated, shared, transmitted or transferred without explicit written permission from Meiguo Education.

Meiguo Education reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if any violations of these terms occur.

Meiguo Education offers educational consulting services which may include guidance on school selection, admissions profile evaluation, strategic planning, and long-term academic positioning. All services are subject to the following:

• Package Fees: Service fees vary by package and are outlined on our website or provided upon inquiry.
• Additional Fees: Meiguo Education has absolutely no hidden fees. Our price is outlined clearly in each package that you purchase. If a student requests to change advisors or writing specialists, MeiguoEDU will do their best to accommodate but a change is not guaranteed. 

• Meeting Scheduling: Meetings can be scheduled directly with your assigned consultant, and Meiguo Education will strive to accommodate your availability.
• Cancellations and Rescheduling: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Please refer to our “Terms of Service” when purchasing a package for the most up to date details on our cancellation and rescheduling policies.
• Missed Meetings: If you do not show up for a scheduled meeting, it will be treated as a canceled or rescheduled meeting. Please refer to our “Terms of Service” when purchasing a package for the most up to date details on our cancellation and rescheduling policies.

Users are expected to:

• Check Emails and Portals: Regularly check and promptly read all communications from Meiguo Education, colleges, and any relevant application portals to stay informed on updates and deadlines.
• Update Progress: Maintain an updated profile on the identified documents, websites, or portals as provided by Meiguo Education to ensure effective guidance.
• Submit Work on Time: Complete and submit all assignments and drafts in the shared Google Drive at least 48 hours before meetings. Late submissions may affect the quality of feedback and result in notifications to parents if tardiness is recurrent.

All content on Meiguo Education’s website, including text, graphics, logos, and service materials, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or exploit any materials without Meiguo Education’s prior written consent.

• Originality: Meiguo Education emphasizes that student work must be their own. We encourage students to use their authentic voice in all submitted work.
• AI-Generated Content: Meiguo Education strongly discourages the use of AI tools for essay writing and reserves the right to decline feedback on drafts lacking version history in Google Docs.
• Essay Review Process: All submitted drafts should include version history. If version history is missing or AI use is suspected, the draft may not be reviewed, and parents will be notified.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meiguo Education disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website and services, including but not limited to errors, omissions, or interruptions in service. Our total liability for any claims relating to the services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to MeiguoEDU in the past six months.

Meiguo Education reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to services at our sole discretion if any violations of these terms occur. Upon termination, you remain liable for all outstanding fees and charges incurred before the termination date.

Meiguo Education may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Updates will be posted on this page, and significant changes will be communicated to users directly. Continued use of our services following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of California, United States of America.
